Abstracts Submission closes on June 2, 2011 Please submit your contribution NOW:
- Go to the Registration site.
- In the Personal information section, look at the bottom of the page for the Upload button
- If already registered : Login with your email/password and update the record under "Personal information"
The suggested format of abstracts for contributed poster and invited oral presentations is the same.
Please upload a PDF version of your abstract with the following format name:
- Speaker: ES11_LastName_abstract.pdf
- Attendee: ES11_LastName_poster.pdf
If possible, please download the LaTeX abstract template and modify for your use.
Alternatively, please download the formatted sample PDF abstract and try to match its style.
Abstracts should be prepared for printing on one side of an 8.5x11 sheet.
